• JFSC Professional Indemnity Insurance Guidance Note (Issued: June 2018).

Our expert speakers will explore some of the common issues NED’s face from a technology perspective and examine solutions to prevent these arising from and in doing so consider

• Outsourcing and the JFSC update on Outsourcing (updated guide 1 June 2017) and

• Cyber and information security risk as highlighted in the JFSC Dear CEO cyber risk letter dated 22 February 2016.
